Currently interviewing and hiring qualified candidates for our upscale, full service restaurant that brings in over $16million annual sales in Los Angeles. This busy restaurant offers a menu of skillfully crafted pizza, pasta dishes, small plates, and weekend brunch. They also generate “off the chart” sales with their exceptional desserts and pastries. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. The General Manager ensures all goals are met according to company standards

Job Duties:

• Responsible for financial performance according to company guidelines and budgets
• Responsible for HR functions of hiring procedures
• Responsible for Performance Reviews
• Responsible for overseeing all training, managing and development of team members
• Responsible for scheduling
• Responsible for ensuring restaurant is adhering to all company guidelines in maintaining food quality and guest satisfaction
• Responsible for leading team to execute consistent and exceptional food quality and service

Job Requirements:

• Must have strong upscale restaurant background
• 5+ years related experience in an upscale, high volume restaurant
• Ability to create and maintain strong team
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
